  • You operate what you build

    Nobody ships a system and walks away from it here. That is a genuinely different kind of engineering discipline, and it makes you better at the job than any code review will.

  • You talk to the people doing the work

    Requirements do not arrive as tickets. They come from sitting with a person for an hour and watching how they actually do their job.

  • The measurement is real

    Every project has a baseline and a KPI. You find out whether what you built worked, which is rarer in this industry than it should be.

  • Small team, real ownership

    You will own a system end to end, including the decision about whether it should use AI at all.
